Refund Policy

The short version
14 days, no questions asked. If promptmkr isn't earning back what you paid, reply to any of our emails (or write to jonnyhi24@proton.me) within 14 days of your first charge and we refund you in full. No forms, no exit interview, no friction.
How to cancel
- Sign in to Promptmkr with the same email you used at checkout.
- Open Manage billing from the Foundry or My Prompts.
- Cancel from the Stripe billing portal. It takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
If you'd also like a refund (within the 14-day window), email jonnyhi24@proton.me with the address you signed up with and we'll process it within 1 business day.
What happens to your access
- If you cancel — your access continues until the end of your paid period, then ends automatically.
- If you refund within 14 days — access is removed at the time of refund.
- Legacy founding members — your original for-life rate stays locked to your current membership for as long as it remains active. If you cancel, that legacy pricing ends with it, and re-joining would be at the then-current public price (today: Pro is $19/mo, Power is $39/mo).
What we don't do
- No refunds beyond 14 days from your first charge — but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing.
- No partial-month prorations on cancellations — you keep access through the period you've paid for.
- No "win-back" calls or retention scripts. We respect your decision the first time.
Disputes and chargebacks
If something feels off, please email jonnyhi24@proton.me first — we resolve almost everything within a day. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may delay future re-subscription while the dispute is resolved.
